- Go to Menu >> Academics >> Webinar
- Give a preferred name for the online class.
- Specify the agenda under the description for the online class.
- Click on Initiate Webinar button to initiate the webinar session.
- Share the Meeting ID URL with the students through SMS or Email via communication module.
How can participants join online classes or meetings?
On receiving the meeting URL, student can click on the meeting link to access webinar session through a computer or laptop.
If the URL is opened from a mobile, students will be asked to download the webinar app for seamless experience. Once the app is download, students can then join the meeting by clicking on the meeting link again.
